Tyres are the only part of the car touching the road, and alignment decides how evenly they wear. A car that pulls or chews the edge off a front tyre is usually out of alignment, not faulty.
Car pulls left or right on a flat road
Uneven wear across the tread
Vibration through the steering at highway speed
Tread below 1.5mm, or tyres more than six years old
New tyre supply and fitting
Computer wheel balancing
Four-wheel alignment to manufacturer specification
Tyre rotation to even out wear
Puncture repair where the damage is repairable
Tread depth and age check on all five tyres
Tyre pressure monitoring system reset where fitted
Tyre cost depends on size and brand. Alignment is a flat charge unless suspension components need adjusting or replacing first.
We quote before starting. If the job changes once the car is on the hoist, we call you rather than adding it to the invoice.
