Scheduled servicing

Routine work on a known interval. Keeps the warranty intact and catches wear before it becomes a repair.

Logbook service

Manufacturer-schedule service that keeps a new-car warranty intact.

Same day. Most vehicles are ready by mid-afternoon.

Essential service

Oil, filter and a full safety inspection for cars out of warranty.

Same day, usually two to three hours.

Extensive service

Deeper service covering the items a basic oil change leaves alone.

Same day. Allow a full working day.

4WD and SUV service

Servicing for four-wheel drives, including the driveline a road car does not have.

Same day. Driveline fluid changes may extend to the next morning.

Mechanical repairs

Diagnosis and replacement work, usually triggered by a noise, a warning light, or a change in how the car drives.

Brakes

Pads, discs, fluid and the full hydraulic system.

Same day for pads and discs. Hydraulic repairs may take longer.

Tyres and wheels

Fitting, balancing, rotation and wheel alignment.

Same day, usually within two hours.

Steering and suspension

Shocks, struts, bushes, ball joints and steering components.

One to two days, depending on parts availability.

Diagnostics

Fault-code scanning and tracing the actual cause.

Initial scan same day. Intermittent faults can take longer to reproduce.

Engine repairs

Timing components, gaskets, cooling faults and internal work.

Two to five days depending on the repair and parts supply.

Cooling system

Radiators, water pumps, thermostats and hoses.

Same day for hoses and thermostats. Radiator or pump work, one to two days.

Exhaust and emissions

Mufflers, pipework, catalytic converters and DPF faults.

Same day for most repairs.

Batteries and auto electrical

Batteries, alternators, starters and wiring faults.

Battery replacement while you wait. Drain testing may need the car overnight.

Transmission and clutch

Clutch replacement, transmission servicing and gearbox faults.

Fluid service same day. Clutch replacement two to three days.

Air conditioning

Regas, leak detection and climate-control repairs.

Same day for regas and leak testing.

Pre-purchase inspection

Independent inspection before you buy a used car.

Around two hours, by appointment.

Roadworthy inspection

Safety certificate inspection for sale or re-registration.

Same day. Allow about an hour and a half.

Crash repair

Panel, structural and paint work after an accident. We deal with your insurer directly.

Crash repair

Full accident repair, from panel and structural work to final paint.

Depends on damage and parts supply. Light panel work runs three to five days; structural repairs take longer. We commit to a date once the assessment is done and parts are confirmed.

Panel beating

Dent removal, panel replacement and structural straightening.

Three to seven days for most panel work.

Paint and refinishing

Colour-matched respray, blending and clear coat.

Two to four days, longer for multi-panel work.

Insurance claims

We deal with your insurer so you do not have to chase it.

Assessment within one to two business days of the vehicle arriving. Repair timing follows insurer authority.
