When you make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your vehicle: make, model, year, and optionally registration and odometer reading. If you are making an insurance claim we also collect your insurer and claim number.
When you bring a vehicle to the workshop we keep a service history for it, which includes the work performed, parts fitted, and any faults found.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is taken at the workshop.
To arrange and confirm your booking, to prepare an accurate quote, to contact you about the work while your vehicle is with us, and to keep a service history that supports future work and any warranty claim.
For accident repairs, to communicate with your insurer and their assessor about your claim.
We use your information only for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it for marketing by third parties.
We may disclose information to: your insurer and their assessor, where you have asked us to handle a claim; parts suppliers, limited to the vehicle details needed to source a part; towing operators, where we arrange recovery; and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it.
Booking information submitted through this website is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us online.
Service records are retained for seven years, which supports warranty claims, statutory record-keeping, and future work on the vehicle. Booking enquiries that do not result in a job are deleted within twelve months.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period, normally 30 days.
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, tell us and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
