Your logbook sets out what the manufacturer requires at each interval. We follow that schedule, use parts that meet the specification, and stamp the book. Having the work done here instead of at the dealership does not void a new-car warranty; that has been the law in Australia for years.
Every item the manufacturer specifies for the interval reached
Oil and filter to the grade in your handbook
Brake, steering and suspension inspection
Fluid levels checked and topped up
Tyre condition, pressures and wear pattern recorded
Battery load test and charging-system check
Logbook stamped and the service report emailed to you
Set by the interval your car has reached and the parts your manufacturer specifies. A 40,000km service costs more than a 10,000km one because more items fall due. We quote from your rego and odometer reading before you commit.
We quote before starting. If the job changes once the car is on the hoist, we call you rather than adding it to the invoice.
